It's the final Countdown
it's Dec 1 and it's some of the warmest weather in canada... right now as i write this it's 9 degrees... and it's 1- in Vancouver...
2006 will be apon us before we know it... 2005 flew bye with good times... i save my past year reflections for a lazy new years day...
my birthday was a success i would have to say... althought it wasn't my birthday with she got here she came to spend time with me and then some... i'm talking about tomomi and her trip to visit me... i picked her up in the moncton airport last wednesday night it was snowing when i got to NB soil and it was weird driving all the way to the airport... but on the way back the moon came out and when we hit the confed brigde you could see the water and it was glorious.... the next day we did the turkey dinner thing and then hit the cavendish scene... it's all closed up but access to the beach is free... bonus... although it was pretty cold so we didnt' get out of the van to much... the next day we did the city tour and i showed her the malls... the next day i took her to montague and all of my old stomping grounds.... the days are getting pretty short so although she got a spectacular sunset she didn't get to "see" everything... so i took out again on sunday to cover some area's it was just to dark for... monday morning she caught the 730 bus and she was gone... i'll see her again... maybe in japan... maybe down south... hard to say right now... but it was awesome... she is a special girl...
since then i've been catching up on work and catching up on my TV shows... lost has finally gotten good...
that's about it for now... i'm off to go get a shwarma... chicken that is
