so i've had a few jobs...when i was a kid of course i had chores and i got an allowance...but my first job...i guess was cooking fry's and doing dishes at juniour high...i didn't get paid...but i get free food and i gave me something to do...but my first real paying job other than baby sitting...was working for my step father at shoppers drug mart in montague...i did that for 3 summers in a row...i always gave my notice so that i would have 2 weeks off before the summer was over....and my mom would always tell them i'd keep working...pissed me off alot...but i did it...then joe left shoppers and opened his own drugstore in ch'town...i worked there for over a year...but i was a poor worker...i had no ethic...so joe said that i should talk to my father about getting a job with him...so i did...and i got hired to clean at the airport...on weekends...at first it was pretty cool...i got to leave for 2 hours...so i'd get some food and go watch a movie at steve collicutts....then i got in trouble for that..so i had to stick around...that's when my grades got better....i could read a whole book in a weekend at work...and i could do a whole essay or assignment in the weekend too...my teachers were shocked...blew there minds...but my fathers company lost the contract after i was there for almost a year...and at the same time i had failed a couple of courses...and my mom said well you might as well quit and get a job...so that's what i did...i got a job working for domino's...but it turned out that my boss there was my step fathers neice....and i didn't really take it that seriously...i hated it too...so i applied at all the tim hortan's around ch'town...when you work for danny murphy you get a free spa membership along with other benifits....that's why applied...before i got my benifts card i went to the spa...that was the only time... Posted by Hello
