How water wings saved my life

i knew better then to run at the poolside... but i was running anyway at the victoria park swimming pool when i was 4ish... the concrete was wet and slick... i cornered the pool at a fast pace... and sure enough my feet no long contained friction with the concrete and i lost my footing... i was lucky tho... instead of my head hitting the concrete i hit my water wing and i was able to get up and keep trucking... altho i haven't run at a poolside since....
