THE DAY THE EARTH SHOOK
with light clothes on and my keys in my pocket i weighed in at 163 last night...
163 lbs wow... i spent along time trying to go from 140 to 180... and i gained it... but it's in the wrong place... so as of today i'm saying good bye to summer and my gut....
