i paid the last rent i will ever pay tonight
well i could go on and on about what i've done in the last week.... but really it was all just a different pile of the week before... ups and downs.... i hurt my neck enought to write my weekend off.... although with work and BS recovery wasn't really an option.... so anyways.... it's a month and 20 days till the longest day of the year and then the count down to winter is on ...
so i paid my last and final rent today... no more monthly lump sum of cash to throw away to something i will never own.... the deal on the house is supposed to go through on friday... that means that i should be moving in that night ... i hope....
of course i wouldn't.... i paid rent here... i still have 30 days to make everyones life misearable.... plus i can plan my move around hook ups... like internet... and power.... i don't know about tv.... i can download any tv show any movie.... and with the money i will save i could afford a dish....
i think the company is going to buy a new van... well an old van... it's 230,000 kms and 3300 bucks... it seems to be well maintained... air conditioning...
so a new house and a new van... holy.... of course these things have their down side.... but i'm looking at the positive.... that's the news.... summary is summer is coming

That 1st comment is what is generally considered blog spam. This technique is generally used to get higher ranks in search engines like google.
This one is particularily well crafted... it starts out with flattery followed by references to your 'higher power'. Its seems like the grammar and vocabulary of the posting are designed to encourage the reader to skim it and get to the links.
I recommend deleting it.
If the commenter was actually legit perhaps they can make a real comments without any links before wasting the time of anyone who may be reading this.
