First Single

back when i was in Vitamin Voodoo we went to the local university at 1am and we sat in the studio talking about the album playing the entire EP ... i even played a lil bass song... it was definitely a highlight for me... just last week i was in halifax on work and we released our single on the local radio station... it's called rock and roll ain't pretty... they played it on the radio the next day at the all request lunch hour... very cool... then they played it again last night on the locals program...

the weather lately was pretty good... i mean march was cold... not bitter cold... but colder then normal... and colder then the rest of the winter... it didn't snow much tho... and when the cold snap broke it got warm... double digits.. the last couple of days has been hovering around 0 and bit's of snow have been seen... most of the snow is gone tho... all that remains is small piles where large piles were...

the weather is expected to get good this week... i'm getting exctied...
